Please note: Our property is a historic building located on the boardwalk in downtown Cloudcroft. Because of this, there are a few notes that we wish our guests to be aware of. Please consider these notes when booking.
- Our property does not have an elevator. Our 2nd-floor rooms are accessible only by stairs, although our staff will be happy to take your luggage to and from your room at no additional charge. If you require accessible accommodations, please reach out to us prior to booking so we can ensure your needs are met.
- Our property shares its left and right exterior walls with two other buildings. Therefore, all of our rooms except our Honeymoon and Anniversary Suites are considered interior rooms and do not have traditional windows.
- Our parking is shared with all other businesses on the boardwalk. Parking on Burro St. is public and is on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Hotel Cloudcroft is a proud host of local events and weddings. While our common areas may occasionally be bustling with community celebrations, we always strive to minimize disruptions and ensure a restful stay for all our guests.
