Cancellation Policy

The full cost of your stay is charged at the time of booking. Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before arrival are non-refundable.

Terms and Conditions

By making a reservation or staying at Hotel Cloudcroft, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

  1. Prices and Taxes
    All room rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to applicable federal, state, and local taxes unless otherwise stated. Room rates, taxes, and fees are subject to change without notice. Any additional charges incurred during your stay will be added to your final bill.
  2. Payment and Incidentals
    A valid government-issued photo ID and a major credit or debit card are required at check-in. Payment for your stay is due upon arrival unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance. The hotel will place an authorization on your payment card to cover room charges, taxes, and incidental expenses. A $250 Security Deposit (Hold) will be placed on your credit card that will be released at the end of your stay.
  3. Check-In, Check-Out, and Keys
    Check-in begins at the published check-in time. Check-out is strictly required by 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional charges. Guests must return all room keys to the front desk upon departure. An unreturned key charge of $50.00 will be applied to the payment card on file for any keys not returned at check-out.
  4. Property Policies
    Smoking: Hotel Cloudcroft is a 100% non-smoking property. A $250.00 cleaning fee will be charged to your account if there is evidence of smoking in your room.
    Pets: No pets are allowed on the property. A $250.00 unauthorized pet fee will be charged to your account if there is evidence of a pet being in your room.
  5. Liability and Damages
    Guests are financially responsible for any damages caused to hotel property by themselves, their guests, or members of their party. Hotel Cloudcroft is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal property unless required by applicable law. Guests are encouraged to secure valuables at all times.
  6. Parking
    Public parking is available on Burro Street on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests park at their own risk. Hotel Cloudcroft is not responsible for vehicle theft, loss, or damage to vehicles or their contents.
  7. Traveling with Minors
    Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during their stay. The registered guest is responsible for the conduct and safety of all minors accompanying them.
  8. Accessibility or Special Needs
    Hotel Cloudcroft is committed to providing a welcoming experience for all guests. Guests requiring accessible accommodations or special assistance are encouraged to contact the hotel before arrival so we can make every reasonable effort to meet their needs.
  9. Hotel Events
    From time to time, Hotel Cloudcroft may host weddings, private events, or community gatherings. While every effort is made to minimize disruptions, guests acknowledge that some events may generate additional activity or noise in common areas.
  10. Force Majeure
    Hotel Cloudcroft shall not be liable for failure to perform any obligation when such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, utility outages, pandemics, or other unforeseen events.
  11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
    We strive to resolve any concerns promptly and professionally. Guests are encouraged to report any issues during their stay so we have an opportunity to address them. Any disputes arising from the use of our accommodations or website shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico.
  12. Legal Provisions
    Third Party Rights: These Terms and Conditions are intended solely for the benefit of Hotel Cloudcroft and its guests. They do not create any rights or benefits for any third party.

 

Waiver
Failure by Hotel Cloudcroft to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
